How to build a YouTube channel that brings in $10,000 a month from your own digital products. The targeting. The validation. The video structure. The conversion math.

The bootcamp
Your job isn't to attract viewers. It's to attract the RIGHT viewers, the ones whose problem your product solves. Searchable topics, not chase-trending topics. The targeting move behind a 340,000-subscriber channel that actually converts.
Validate the product before you build it. Validate the video before you film it. Same step, two layers. 5-10 real conversations with the buyer. The pre-build sequence that turned a $5 Google Doc into a $200,000 digital product business.
The first 60 seconds decide whether the viewer clicks the link in your description or scrolls. Hook, agitate, signal. The exact 3-part script behind every video on the channel + the system that took Margo from 150 views to 5-10 clients a month.
$160,000 in 2024 from videos uploaded 1-3 years earlier. While I was recovering from a 7-month post-birth infection. The evergreen design pattern + the freebie-to-product bridge that builds an asset, not a post.
340,000 subscribers see it. I’ll review your channel, your positioning, and your offer setup in a full video that goes out to my audience. Real exposure. Real audience. Most-engaged person in chat at the end of the live gets it.

Whether you found me through one of my YouTube videos, through Pinterest, or through hellosandradi.com, glad you’re here. I run a one-woman digital product business out of the US. 340,000 YouTube subscribers. Trusted by over 1,000,000 Etsy sellers. The first product was a $5 Google Doc that made $20 on day one.
I started the channel in October 2020 while working a full-time engineering job. By month 12 the channel made more than my engineering salary. In 2023 the business crossed $200,000 in a single year. In January 2025 I quit engineering for good.
In 2024 the business generated $160,000 while I was recovering from a 7-month post-birth infection and largely off the channel. Evergreen content carried it. A few specific videos. Each one was 1-3 years old. Each one had a freebie link in the description that hadn’t broken. That’s what evergreen design actually looks like.
I built this business for 5 years alone. Trial and error. No mentor. At 300,000 subscribers I hit the ceiling of what I could figure out by myself and started over with a second channel built around the work I actually wanted to do. This bootcamp is the first piece of what I wish someone had walked me through on year one. If your channel has an audience but no conversion, you’re in the right room.
